Td Aeroplan Visa User Agreement

TORONTO, Sept. 2, 2020 /CNW/ – TD Bank Group (TD) today announced a new data access agreement with TurboTax, QuickBooks and mint maker Intuit, which lays the groundwork for customers to require TD to transfer its financial data to the services they want to use, including Inuitt-backed personal account management applications. TD Securities is committed to protecting your privacy and your personal, business and financial information. If you are licensed for an Aeroplan TD credit card account, TD and Aeroplan share information, including but not limited to transactional information about your card (for example. B.B, the purchase amount, the date of the transaction, the name of the reseller and whether the transaction was made by you or another cardholder on the account) and your transactions and information about the Aeroplan (P.B.B program. Sales Proceeds or Aeroplane and Aeroplan Level) for the purposes set out in the TD and Aeroplan Privacy Policy, management and support of the Aeroplan Program, improvement of various TD and aeroplan products and services, provision of promotional materials and materials, internal reporting and analysis, improvement of the overall customer experience and for purposes defined in the Account Agreement. You cannot revoke your consent to the disclosure of this information, as this is an important benefit and an important function of the card. If you are aware of an alleged privacy breach related to your relationship with us or if you are a victim of an alleged privacy breach, contact DSB immediately. Any suspected data protection breach shall be appropriately investigated and appropriate corrective measures taken. Please note that all information transmitted directly to Aeroplan or received by aeroplan through a cardholder as a member of the Aeroplan Program (including as a potential member) is subject to Aeroplan`s data protection policies and practices and is not the responsibility of TD. You provide your application information to both TD (the Bank) and Aimia Canada Inc., owner and manager of the Aeroplan program.
